Your surfing exercise

I just wanted to let you know your surfing exercise routine is great. I wanna die right know, I just tried it for the first time. I did finish it...the dive bombers really worked my low back, shoulders and triceps. I think this routine would be a challenge for anyone regardless of age. Thanks for posting the routine.

Surf Excercise Routines

Thanks, I am still doing the same thing. Not all the excercises listed there in one session, but I pick from them. I also like to mix up with a little running. I did a 10k about six months back and I think it was good cross training for surfing. I wouldn't want to do a longer race, but doing a few longer than usual runs to get ready for it helped my overall surfing fitness.
