Weighted Ball Exercises

For my upper body strength, I like to use either a medicine ball or some other small type of weighted ball. Lying flat on my back, I hoist it up and down, and hold it at different intervals. Then I move it side to side while still lying down. I use a 12lb. ball, and it has really helped to improve my arm strength.
