Surfing ClothesUgg Boots — These are great because they’re so fast to put on and take off. It saves me time when I’m in a hurry or when I’m wet and cold and just want to get on the road after a surf session. They can get pricey, but I found a cheap imitation at Payless for $20. I’ve had them for about a year and they haven't fallen apart yet.
Sunglasses — Need them for that glare off the sand and water when you’re sitting on the beach. Haven’t yet tried the goggles but wouldn’t mind them on some sunny afternoons on the west coast when you’re staring at a sinking sun looking for those sets. My night vision gets a little off on the drive home.
Hats — Same as above for sunny days lounging on the beach. I also have one that has a chin strap for paddling out in warm water. Pants, Shirts, Jackets….Okay, the connection to surfing gets a little weak here. Most surfing clothes are just clothes. Buy whatever, who cares what brand. I buy the $5 surfboard T-shirt at the flea market. Who cares if it turns back into sugar when you wash it.
