Stay in Shape for Surfing

winter is over and now its time to go catch your first wave of the year, so you paddle out to the line up and you your ready to catch some gnarly wave and once you have it and your done than going to the line up again you realize your already out of it from one wave. here are some easy ways to make sure your good and ready. do these while your not surfing or before or in the winter when its too cold to surf.

Start with some x pulls bend your elbows to a 90 degree angle and bring your arms back until your triceps are level with your back, than return to your starting position.

Do some pull ups.

End with push ups.

I do this every winter and when the time comes for surfing I am always ready and I'm mainly the only one out there catching the nicest waves.
