Playa Los Cocos

I did not go surfing but I did take my boogie board out into the water at 7:30am and the water was beautifully warm and the sand was soft. The surfers in this part are not usually up at 7:30am but a little later there were out and were out most of the day. This is not far from Santa Cruz, Nayarit, Mexico and there is also Punta Mita, Sayulita and San Pancho. The food is great, lots of shrimp and within walking distance there is the hotel Casa Manana, they have great food and on Saturday night the best pizza around!!!

Aticama is just down the beach from San Blas beach, which is very popular among surfers.
