Hi, i can recommend you Baleal SurfCamp in PORTUGAL. It's a really consistent place, with such a good waves where you can practice your surf. In my opinion the staff are good, with good atmosphere, the surf house are clean, wich is very important. You can use a full equipment kitchen, so you can cook by yourself, and you don't have to spend to much money in restaurants.
