Blue skies, clean surf, and light crowds. Lots of 3-4ft waves. It wasn't the best or biggest sandbar working but I pretty much had it all to myself and squeezed in a ton of rides in less than 1.5 hours. A bit on the chilly side but nothing a hood and booties couldn't take care of.
