Hearing over Trestles

There is a hearing over the toll road trought Trestles. I have read conflicting reports about how close the road goes to the break. Will this really affect the surf? Should we care? If the population is expoding, primarily through massive illegal immigration, doesn't something have to give, like more friggin roads. Trestles Story
