Just under the Golden Gate Bridge and along side the Fort Point parking area you can see surfers.I took this on April 23, 2010.

Steven,

Yep, Fort Point has been one of my favorite surf spots for ~25 years. It's a dangerous spot, well beyond the capabilities of a beginner because of the rocky entry and hidden rocks in the break. It is a funny break that actually works best with the reflection from the Marin side on big swells.

The only real surfing spot in SFC is Ocean Beach (bar none).
