Eating tips - look at it as fuel

Personally what I eat makes a huge difference to me. I'm with you, when I eat junk, I feel like junk. I eat steel-cut oatmeal EVERY day and add walnuts, they're basically the highest rated nuts. I make up a protein shake - peanut butter, soy milk, cranberry juice, protein powder, banana (It actually does taste good) and put it in the freezer for awhile and take it with me. When I get to the beach (mines in Galveston) I've got something healthy with me. The rest of my meals - wild salmon & broccoli at least twice a week, no sugar, no white flour. I'm over 40 and still get out there, so guess it works
