Cowells Experience

I went to Cowell's today.. I was sort of miffed because the didn't have a half day rate and wanted to charge a full day for two hours.. they also closed at 6pm.. I went to shoreline surf, got a half day rate (saved 8 bucks) and got the board for an additional 2 hours..
