Just north of Morro Bay, Cayucos Pier is popular spot in North San Luis Obispo County. It is best in winter with a WNW or NW swell.

Parking nearby and there is a campground at nearby Morro Strand State Beach.

This description of Cayucos Pier surfing conditions sucks
As a veteran surfer and surf shop owner at the Cayucos Pier for 36 years, I have never seen a ridable left on a south swell on that side of Pier, EVER!...
