Camera found - Youtube video with pictures from a camera washed to the shore

I found a video camera in an underwater casing, washed to the shore in Southern Orange County area, California.

On the video the pictures are snapshots from one of the last videos on the camera. The surfer on the short clip at the end is probably the owner or someone who knows the owner. Do you know him?
