Have you ever heard of a contraption called a Vasa Trainer? I never had until about 9 months ago when I broke my ankle and had to look for a way to keep my paddling strong. I searched on Surfer mag and read a surf tip article about it, believed it and bought one for home. This machine saved my life! I do a routine of about 7 or 8 exercises in a circuit and do a lot of paddling motions. 3 times per week for only 25 minutes each time over the past months got me so fit for paddling and riding like I was a young buck again. Just wanted to share the love with all.
