becoming a Surf Instructor

Hey, i came upon your website while searching for "how to become a surf instructor"/ i'm a public school teacher/surfer who is looking to give lessons in the future summers to make some extra cash for the family. i'm looking into any possible regulations i may need to be aware of be for i get to involved.

Are there any guidelines that i need to follow i.e. business license, advertising restrictions, insurance, etc... thanks, this website seemed to be pretty knowledgeable and was hoping for some help or direction where i could get some help. thanks.
